• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our products, our returns policy is strict:

• Returns are only accepted if items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags, hygiene liners, and packaging intact.

• No returns are accepted for items that have been worn, machine washed, or otherwise damaged by improper care.

• Maribelle bikinis are hand wash only aesthetic items. Any damage caused by machine washing, tumble drying, chemicals, or rough handling is not covered under warranty.

• All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and approved by our customer care team.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Product Care

• Maribelle bikinis must be gently hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry.

• Machine washing, tumble drying, or excessive stretching will damage the garments and void eligibility for return or warranty.

6. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

• We do not offer direct exchanges; if you require a new size or style, a separate order must be placed.

7. Liability

• Maribelle is not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

• We are not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities to fabrics, beads, or embellishments.

8. Intellectual Property

• All images, designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of Maribelle Swimwear and may not be reproduced without permission.
