At Maribelle, we take pride in creating unique, handcrafted beaded bikinis designed to be both luxurious and delicate. Due to the nature of our products, we operate under a strict returns policy to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• All original tags, labels, and hygiene liners remain intact.

• The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

• The bikini has been worn.

• The bikini has been machine washed, tumble dried, or improperly cared for.

• The bikini shows damage, stains, or signs of wear.

3. Care Instructions & Warranty

Maribelle bikinis are designed as hand wash only aesthetic pieces.

• Please wash gently by hand in cold water and lay flat to dry.

• Any damage caused by machine washing, tumble drying, rough handling, or chemicals (chlorine, sunscreen, oils, etc.) is not covered under warranty or eligible for return.

4. Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Due to hygiene and product care reasons, we do not offer exchanges. Customers wishing to change size or style must place a new order once the original item has been returned and approved.
